We tried Bert's Bee diaper cream which also works well and smells good but the zinc oxide messes up the fuzzi buns or any other kind of pocket diaper. A little goes a long way.

When Penaten didn't work, I tried this and have been using it ever since. It does the job and does it fast. I'll definitely be buying more when mine runs out (that's another thing-you don't need to use much for it to be effective). Whoever came up with this formulation is a genius. : )

this stuff is great - it's especially good with the fuzzi bunz and doesn't coat it and make it less absorbable (is that a word?) it's a little pricey, but definitely worth it. it lasts quite a long time.
